Health Choice Medical Centre fosters an open disclosure policy. We collect systematic patient experience feedback at least every three (3) years for patients and other visitors to tell us, “How we are doing”. This provides us with feedback on how we could improve as part of commitment to providing quality primary health care to the community.
We understand that feedback will not always be positive, patients, staff and visitors to the practice have opportunities to register their complaints either verbally, in writing (letter) or for patients or others that wish to complain anonymously we have a suggestion box located in the waiting room area.
Any complaints are taken seriously, and our practice has a policy in place to ensure complaints are addressed in a timely manner.
Letters of complaint are to be addressed to the practice manager and can be sent via email, post or in person to our reception staff.
